They did it! Bar Harbor, Maine
August 15th greeted Abby and Kevin with perfect weather as they rolled into Bar Harbor, Maine and dipped their tire in the Atlantic Ocean. Congratulations for a job well done bicycling 4,249 miles across the United States from the Pacific to the Atlantic, spreading awareness for breast cancer, and raising money for Cattlemen’s Days Tough Enough to Wear Pink. It’s quite a feat for anyone, but even more so for a determined kid and her dad on a tandem bike. Thank you, Sanderfords for your extraordinary gift to cancer patients and their families in the Gunnison Valley.
